About the Role
This role supports frontline staff by providing them with the resources and tools needed for success. You will work in a supportive, creative culture with many benefits, contributing to the agency's ability to provide the best programs and services.
Responsibilities
- Performs cleaning duties specific to each job, which may vary depending on the size of the home and team.
- Cleans and sanitizes countertops, sinks, toilets, bathtubs, showers, mirrors, floors, and fixtures in restrooms.
- Sweeps and cleans floors using brooms, mops, and/or vacuum cleaners; may include polishing and waxing.
- Cleans and sanitizes sinks, countertops, stovetops, microwaves, refrigerators, tables, and chairs in kitchens.
- Performs kitchen special orders such as laundry, cleaning inside appliances, loading dishwashers, or washing dishes.
- Dusts and vacuums furniture and cleans floors in living areas and bedrooms.
- Makes beds.
- Empties wastebaskets and recyclables and transports them to the disposal area.
- Cleans rugs, carpets, and upholstered furniture.
- Wipes marks off walls and dusts woodwork.
- Washes and/or wipes inside windows, door panels, and sills.
Requirements
- Ability to learn proper cleaning techniques using green cleaning products is essential.
- Successfully complete training program.
- Report to agreed-upon meeting location on time.
- Complete work efficiently, timely, and with excellent quality.
- Comply with proper safety policies and procedures, including wearing gloves and reporting incidents.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Be receptive to feedback and improving job performance.
