About the Role
Lead the engineering team building an AI context platform for a collaborative data and analytics product. The platform helps users understand how AI agents work with their data, diagnose quality issues, and improve the context that supports better outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Lead the team responsible for developing and improving the context platform.
- Set technical direction, review designs, and contribute hands-on to engineering work.
- Manage and support engineers, setting a high bar while helping them do their best work.
- Recruit and grow a strong engineering team.
- Guide solutions for diagnosing agent reasoning failures, structuring business context, and combining human input with automated improvement.
- Help integrate the context platform with AI tools and workflows.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of full-stack software engineering experience, including 2 or more years as an engineering manager.
- Experience managing teams of 3 to 15 software engineers.
- Recent hands-on experience building an agentic or AI-native product.
- Experience leading engineering for a technical product, ideally in a high-growth startup or a data, developer tools, or technical workspace environment.
- Strong full-stack background beyond a primary focus on mobile, infrastructure, or analytics.
