About the Role
Roto-Rooter is seeking Field Sales Representatives for our Excavation department. This role offers an opportunity for sales professionals to pursue pre-qualified leads and provides unlimited earnings with an average of $60,000-$110,000 per year plus mileage reimbursement.
Responsibilities
- Identify and sell sewer line repair and replacement solutions for residential and commercial properties.
- Conduct camera assessments of sewer lines to determine the need for repair or replacement.
- Engage in proactive follow-up communication with existing customers to deliver effective solutions.
- Provide competitive quotes for repair/replacement options and effectively close sales using the pricing matrix and insurance guidelines.
- Serve as a trusted information resource for customers.
Requirements
- Possess a valid driver’s license and pass a background check.
- Demonstrate exceptional customer service.
- Ability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
- Proficiency in using handheld telecommunication devices and software packages like Word and Excel.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
- Organized self-starter with an outgoing personality.
- Outside sales experience in in-home services preferred; all outside sales backgrounds will be evaluated.
- Plumbing experience is not required.
