About the Role
Partner with the General Manager to drive exceptional customer experiences and operational excellence. Manage wash, dry, and fold services while maintaining pristine store conditions, promoting laundry products, and fostering a welcoming environment. Develop leadership skills while making a positive local impact through exceptional laundry services.
Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service to ensure a seamless, hassle-free experience.
- Maintain store excellence by keeping the facility clean, safe, and operating at peak efficiency.
- Oversee and support staff during shifts, providing guidance and ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Manage inventory, ensuring adequate supplies for operations and cleanliness.
- Assist in the day-to-day management of the laundromat, ensuring the facility is clean, organized, and fully operational.
Requirements
- 2+ years of proven leadership experience in retail, service, sales, or operational management.
- Experience managing budgets, driving revenue, and controlling costs is a plus.
- Commitment to hands-on operations and maintenance needs.
- Excellent communication skills to motivate teams and serve customers.
- Experience working in retail.
- Physically capable of standing for long periods and lifting up to 35 lbs.
- Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
- Bilingual ability is a plus, but not required.
