About the Role
MONCLER is seeking a Part-Time Stock Controller (24 hours per week) for its London New Bond Street flagship store. The role involves monitoring and maintaining accurate stock inventory levels by ensuring correct processes are followed, contributing to individual and team targets.
Responsibilities
- Deliver all warehouse operations in line with the highest standards of efficiency and effectiveness, ensuring products are always timely available for clients.
- Organize and maintain stockroom efficiently, monitor product rotations, new arrivals and changes.
- Participate in all necessary operative activities to ensure store efficiency.
- Deal with product replenishment and stock activities, managing stock cyclic counts, inventories and stock room maintenance.
- Ensure counts are regularly conducted and any discrepancies are reported to your line manager.
- Support all colleagues in charge of administrative activities.
- Ensure that company policies, procedures and standards are adhered to at all times.
- Support colleagues in charge of providing the best service, taking care of all phases of the selling ceremony, when required.
- Actively cooperate during preparation and execution of inventories.
- Collaborate with the store team and be engaged in Moncler’s vision and mission to strengthen the Company’s Community and work in a fully integrated manner on a global scale, improving organization and driving innovation as a team.
Requirements
- Previous experience in warehouse management systems.
- Must hold a current UK driving license.
- Willingness to evolve in the organization, flexible to best practices for the business.
- Digitally aware and open to new ways of working.
