About the Role

Responsibilities
- Manage a team of 7, including the Sales Advisor on the Trade Counter.
- Support team development and performance reviews.
- Drive sales and margin growth, and assist the GM with P&L.
- Manage large projects and customer call-off orders.
- Ensure the team proactively follows up on quotes and makes proactive calls.
- Build relationships with key stakeholders: customers, external sales teams, suppliers, and internal business functions.
- Support the branch with all business-outlined KPIs.
- Collaborate with the GM & Ops Manager to ensure first-class customer service.
Requirements
- Customer focused.
- Good communication skills for all levels of the business.
- Confident with Microsoft Office.
- Self-motivated and sales driven.
