About the Role
Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section, where you'll be at the frontline of the UK’s fastest growing retailer. We need down-to-earth colleagues who thrive under pressure, deliver five-star service at pace, and embrace the transformation we're driving.
Responsibilities
- Serve, sell, fill, and help drive growth in sales.
- Utilize digital tools, such as Sparks and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience.
- Contribute to a positive, high-energy environment where everyone works hard and supports each other.
- Work across various areas of the store, adapting to changing demands.
- Recommend and sell new food products to customers.
- Ensure customers feel valued every time they shop.
Requirements
- Must be able to work the specified shifts.
- Willingness to work up to full-time hours during peak periods (December 13th and 20th weeks).
- Ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment.
- Resilient and committed brand ambassador.
