About the Role
Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section, where you'll be at the frontline of the UK’s fastest growing retailer. We need down-to-earth colleagues who thrive under pressure, deliver five-star service at pace, and embrace the transformation we're driving.
Responsibilities
- Serve, sell, fill, and help drive growth in sales.
- Utilize digital tools, such as Sparks and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience.
- Contribute to a positive, high-energy environment by working hard and supporting colleagues.
- Work across various areas of the store, adapting to changing retail demands.
- Recommend and sell new food products to customers.
- Ensure customers feel valued with every shopping experience.
- Maintain focus in a high-pressure environment during busy periods.
Requirements
- Must be able to work the specified shifts.
- Must be available to work up to full-time hours during the weeks commencing December 13th and 20th.
- Must be digitally confident.
- Must be a team player.
- Must be flexible and adaptable.
