About the Role
Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section, where you'll be at the frontline of the UK’s fastest growing retailer. We’re seeking passionate individuals who take pride in their knowledge of M&S Food products and are ready to deliver five-star service at pace.
Responsibilities
- Serve, sell, fill, and help drive growth in sales.
- Utilize digital tools, such as Sparks and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience.
- Recommend and sell new food products to customers.
- Contribute to a positive, high-energy environment.
- Work across various areas of the store, adapting to changing demands.
Requirements
- Must be able to work the following shifts: Sunday 23:00-05:00, Tuesday 23:00-05:00, Wednesday 23:00-05:00, Thursday 23:00-05:00, Friday 23:00-05:00.
- Must be available to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.
