About the Role

We are seeking an experienced SAP Treasury Consultant to join our Finance Transformation practice. The successful candidate will lead and support the design, implementation, and optimization of SAP Treasury and Risk Management (TRM) solutions for global clients. This role requires strong functional expertise across treasury operations, cash management, liquidity planning, bank connectivity, and financial risk management, coupled with consulting and stakeholder management experience.

Responsibilities

Lead SAP Treasury and Risk Management (TRM) implementations and transformation initiatives.
Gather business requirements and translate them into SAP Treasury solutions.
Design and configure SAP Treasury components including: Cash Management, Bank Account Management (BAM), Cash and Liquidity Management, Treasury & Risk Management, In-House Cash, Debt and Investment Management, Hedge Management and Accounting, Market Risk Management, Bank Communication Management (BCM).
Integrate SAP Treasury with SAP S/4HANA Finance, SAP FI, AP, AR, and Banking systems.
Drive treasury process optimization and best practice adoption.
Conduct workshops with CFO, Treasurer, Finance, and Banking stakeholders.
Manage testing, training, data migration, and go-live activities.
Support business development activities, solution demonstrations, and proposal creation.

Requirements

8+ years of SAP consulting experience with at least 5 years focused on SAP Treasury.
Multiple end-to-end SAP Treasury implementation projects, preferably in SAP S/4HANA environments.
Strong expertise in SAP Treasury & Risk Management (TRM), Cash Management, Bank Account Management, BCM and Banking Integration, Treasury Accounting, Financial Risk Management.
Experience integrating SAP Treasury with SAP FICO and external banking platforms.
Strong client-facing consulting and stakeholder management skills.
Experience working within large-scale transformation programs.
SAP S/4HANA Treasury certification.
Experience with SWIFT, SAP Multi-Bank Connectivity, Kyriba, FIS Integrity, Quantum, or other Treasury Management Systems.
Knowledge of treasury processes across global organizations.
Experience in Consulting, Big 4, or Global System Integrator environments.
Proactive consultant with strong communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of translating complex business requirements into practical SAP Treasury solutions while delivering value for clients across large-scale transformation programmes.
