About the Role
The position is for a Senior Solution Architect for Japan who will interact with Product Solution Architects globally and work with Japan Customer CxOs. The role is aimed at experienced Senior Solution Architects with a deep understanding of designing, overseeing, and governing technical solutions for customers. The primary mission of this position is driving increased platform adoption, returning revenue growth, and increasing customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Provide technology leadership and consultation to customers and internal teams.
- Define solution, integration, and technical architecture directions for customer implementation programs.
- Apply software architecture best practices for system design.
- Work closely with globally spread product, engineering teams, and Japan sales teams.
- Lead customer architecture discussions and jointly define and create use cases for customer journeys, including application development and integration of different applications as needed.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in enterprise architectures and customer-facing roles.
- Strong background in enterprise architecture, integration patterns, and cloud technologies.
- Experience with SaaS and cloud services.
- Fluency in both Japanese and English.
- Good oral, written communication and presentation skills.
- Exposure to emerging computing trends and enterprise design principles.
- Adaptable to change in a fast-moving environment.
