About the Role
As a Manager, you will have an immediate impact on sales and customer satisfaction, leading, coaching, and motivating colleagues to achieve success and foster growth. You will be accountable for departmental sales results and financial objectives while maintaining merchandising and operational standards.

Requirements
- Exceptional customer service skills with a talent for building customer loyalty
- Preference will be given to candidates with prior department-specific experience
- Create a positive workplace by developing relationships and engaging colleagues
- Previous management experience in retail or food services
- Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and Holidays in a Unionized environment
- Candidates who are 18 years or older are required to complete a criminal background check
