About the Role
FastMile Logistics LLC is actively hiring reliable and motivated Delivery Drivers to deliver Amazon packages in the Rochester area. We are an independent company that partners with Amazon to deliver packages safely and on time. We are building a strong team from the ground up and are looking for dependable delivery drivers who want consistent work, growth opportunities, and a supportive team culture.
Responsibilities
- Load and organize your delivery vehicle before starting your route.
- Safely deliver Amazon packages to homes and businesses.
- Use a company device for navigation, delivery instructions, and delivery confirmation.
- Follow customer instructions and provide courteous service.
- Communicate with dispatch and assist teammates with additional deliveries when assigned.
- Follow vehicle inspection, safe-driving, and package-handling procedures.
Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Valid driver’s license (non-CDL)
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Able to lift packages up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable working in all weather conditions
- Strong attendance and reliability
- Employment is contingent upon completion of a background check and drug screening in accordance with applicable laws.
