About the Role
As a Cleaner / Studio Support team member, you’ll work closely with our Sales Associates and Studio Manager to maintain an immaculate studio environment. While this is not a client-facing role, you will be working around members throughout the day, so professionalism, communication, and presentation matter. This is not a warehouse or industrial cleaning job — it’s about maintaining a peaceful, high-end space where guests come to relax and recharge.
Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize private suites, restrooms, and showers to high standards
- Deep clean infrared saunas and cold plunges
- Maintain cleanliness of common areas (lobby, hallways, staff areas)
- Handle laundry (towels and linens) as needed
- Empty trash and restock supplies
- Follow studio cleaning standards, procedures, and safety protocols
- Communicate any maintenance or supply needs to the Studio Manager
- Work collaboratively alongside Sales Associates during operating hours
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail

- Comfortable being on your feet and performing light physical tasks
- Cleaning experience preferred but not required
