- Develop solutions that streamline data processing, reconciliations, reporting, controls, and other recurring Benefits activities.
- Collaborate with HR Technology, IT, Information Security, and vendors, as appropriate, to ensure solutions align with business requirements, technical standards, and applicable security and governance requirements.
- Document solutions, conduct testing, support implementation, and provide ongoing maintenance and enhancements.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of implemented improvements and identify opportunities for further optimization.
- Execute assigned Health & Welfare benefits operations activities, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with established procedures and controls.
- Manage weekly Health & Welfare benefit deduction files, including data analysis, reconciliations, discrepancy identification, and resolution.
- Coordinate biannual benefit earnings updates, including data preparation, reconciliation, validation, and issue resolution.
- Research and resolve complex or escalated benefits administration issues in collaboration with internal partners and external vendors.
- Support data processing, reporting, reconciliations, and other recurring benefits administration activities as assigned.
- Identify recurring operational issues, errors, or service challenges and recommend improvements to strengthen processes and service delivery.
