About the Role
As a Lease Agreement Manager, you will support our Property and Expansion team with all administrative and contractual matters related to our lease agreements. You will coordinate the creation and review of lease agreements, monitor important deadlines, and ensure all relevant documents are complete and up-to-date. You will work closely with our Property Managers, Finance, external law firms, and other business partners.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the creation, review, and signing of lease agreements, including all associated attachments and documents.
- Ensure the implementation of contractual agreements and monitor important deadlines, guarantees, and obligations from lease agreements.
- Prepare, maintain, and manage all lease agreement-related documents, including sureties, guarantees, and supplementary agreements.
- Monitor costs associated with lease agreements and prepare analyses and reports for the further development of lease and expansion processes.
- Manage the flow of information between Property Management, Expansion, Finance, external law firms, and other internal and external business partners.
Requirements
- Several years of experience in real estate, property, or lease agreement management.
- Good knowledge of the real estate market, property management, and basic accounting relationships.
- Confident handling of lease agreements and contract-relevant documents; knowledge of real estate-related legal issues is an advantage.
- Structured, careful, and analytical way of working, strong organizational skills, and a high degree of personal responsibility.
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills for collaboration in an international environment.
