About the Role

Chart Industries designs and builds advanced cryogenic equipment. This role involves taking ownership of standard projects from order receipt through delivery, ensuring financial, schedule, quality, and customer satisfaction objectives are met. You will act as the primary customer interface and coordinate communications between internal functions.

Responsibilities

Take full ownership of standard and repeatable projects from order receipt through delivery, ensuring financial, schedule, quality, and customer satisfaction objectives are met.
Act as the primary customer interface, proactively managing communications, escalations, stakeholder expectations, and relationship health to ensure customer satisfaction and project success.
Manage project schedules, milestones, budgets, reporting, and follow-up activities to ensure on-time delivery, margin protection, and early escalation of deviations to team leaders or supervisors.
Coordinate communications between internal functions (engineering, supply chain, quality, logistics, sales).
Apply project management processes and follow internal procedures in compliance with ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System.

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project flow and profitability.

Requirements

2-4 years of experience in project coordination, customer support, or operations in an engineering, industrial or similar environments.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple standard projects simultaneously with structured follow-through or lower-complex projects.
High ethical standards, teamwork, and compliance with regulations.
Strong organizational, time management, accuracy, and communication skills.
Good problem-solving skills, with the ability to recognize when to escalate issues.
Ability to travel on occasion, as required.

Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Experience in ERP systems, preferably JD Edwards
Exposure to project management methods
Familiarity with rotating equipment & general air & gas handling industry
