About the Role
Join our team as a Customer Service Associate II and help create an inviting shopping experience for our customers by assisting with daily store operations, merchandising, and customer support.
Responsibilities
- Receive merchandise, unload trucks, and process freight safely and efficiently.
- Perform merchandising and stocking duties as needed.
- Maintain store cleanliness, including restrooms, floors, and trash removal.
- Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment with professional and friendly interactions.
- Manage sales transactions at the assigned cash register.
- Maintain the security of cash and protect company assets.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.
- Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. from floor to above shoulder height.
- Meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- High level of integrity is required.
- Proficiency in basic math for cash accounting is required.
