About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Bar & Restaurant Manager to lead our Food & Beverage operation at ibis. This hands-on role is responsible for managing the day-to-day running of the restaurant, bar and breakfast service, ensuring excellent guest experiences, high service standards and strong financial performance.
Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day running of the restaurant, bar and breakfast service.
- Ensure excellent guest experiences.
- Maintain high service standards.
- Achieve strong financial performance.
- Lead, train and motivate the team.
- Manage costs and stock.
- Drive sales opportunities.
- Maintain compliance with food safety and health & safety standards.
- Work closely with the wider hotel management team to deliver outstanding results.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a supervisory or team leadership role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions.
- Right to work in the UK.
- Flexibility to work hours required by the business.
