About the Role

Northeast Family Services is seeking caring and experienced Home and Community based Therapists to join our growing New York team. This role involves providing services and care to patients in accordance with NFS policies, working collaboratively with clients to help them access their core strengths, and utilizing evidence-based practices to promote families' strengths. This is an opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children, adults, and families.

Responsibilities

Provide services and care to patients in accordance with NFS policies.

Conduct in-person visits to clients' homes.

Requirements

Master's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or related field required.
Clinical Licensure (LMSW, LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LCAT, etc.) and Limited Permit in the state of NY.
Minimum 1 year of experience working with children, youth, and families in a home or community setting preferred.
Excellent time-management skills with ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to manage one's own schedule with client outreach.
Valid driver’s license.
Access to secure internet required.

Salary/Compensations

Starting at $75,000- $90,000 per year
$3,000 Stay-on Bonus after successful completion of the probationary period
$10,000 Stay on bonus ($5,000 given 6 months into the role and another $5,000 at 12 months) for bilingual English / Spanish speakers
Language Differential provided for Spanish, Chinese, Korean, Russian and Hindi
Premiums paid for non-English language capacity, experience, and select clinical specialties
