About the Role
Assist providers during patient visits by performing a variety of clinical tasks in an out-patient setting, including technical, procedural, and information systems tasks affecting patient comfort, care, and safety.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- One year of experience in a customer-focused/service setting required
- American Heart Association BLS CPR Certification or acquire certification within 6 months after hire

- Ability to work collaboratively and courteously with others
- Exceptional customer service skills with providers, staff, and patients
- Well-developed verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional care and concern for the patient
- Attuned to the needs of a diverse patient population
