About the Role
Real Help is seeking passionate, licensed clinicians in New York to provide therapy services via telehealth to children, adults, and families. The company emphasizes supporting clinicians with flexible scheduling, competitive pay, and robust professional development opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Provide individual, couples, family, and/or group therapy via telehealth.
- Conduct intake assessments and determine the best level of care.
- Develop personalized treatment plans that create real change.
- Coordinate care with families, medical providers, and outside agencies.
- Maintain documentation in our user-friendly EHR system.
- Participate in case management and team meetings as needed.
- Provide crisis intervention and therapeutic support as necessary.
Requirements
- Licensed Clinician (LMSW, LCSW, or LMHC) in New York.
- Experienced, compassionate, and driven clinician looking for work-life balance.
- Comfortable managing your own schedule and caseload.
- Flexible schedule with some evening and weekend availability.
- Skilled in time management and documentation.
- Bilingual (Spanish) is required.
- Access to a laptop or CPS, high speed internet, and a phone required.
