About the Role

As a Forward Deployed Product Manager at Method, you will shape the future of financial products by partnering directly with strategic accounts. You will understand customer ambitions, identify opportunities, and drive initiatives from concept to launch, collaborating with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure successful outcomes. This role blends product strategy, customer relationship management, and execution to foster growth for both our clients and Method.

Responsibilities

Own the strategic product relationship with Method's largest accounts, identifying and building new initiatives and revenue opportunities.
Collaborate with customers’ CPOs and product leaders, becoming their primary contact for new Method-related initiatives.
Orchestrate account teams, engaging Sales, Customer Success, Implementation, and Engineering as needed.
Proactively present new ideas to customers, gather feedback, and iterate quickly.
Define the playbook for forward-deployed coverage as the model expands.
Guide strategy cross-functionally to maximize value from existing customer integrations.

Requirements

Consulting, client services, customer success, solutions, or account management background with experience engaging senior customers.
Product instincts, demonstrated through a PM role or shaping product development from the customer side.
Technical fluency to discuss APIs, data flows, and performance tradeoffs.
Ability to persevere through challenges without a perfect plan.
Proactive approach, testing ideas with customers rather than hesitating.
Strong taste and commitment to high-quality work.
Capability to operate both reactively and proactively with customers.
Experience using AI tools to enhance daily work.
Experience at a fintech, lending, payments, or financial data company is a plus.
Background at a top consulting firm prior to an operator role is a plus.
Exposure to lending, underwriting, or credit data is a plus.
