About the Role
Venture Home is seeking experienced sales representatives who are closers with a track record of success in sales and are looking for the right environment to be successful. This is not a lead generation role; appointment setting teams will schedule qualified appointments for you to meet with homeowners and close deals. The sales process is educational, focusing on customer understanding of how solar works and the financial incentives available.
Responsibilities
- Meet with homeowners to close deals on solar, battery storage, and modern electrical upgrades.
- Educate customers on solar technology and financial incentives.
- Utilize a track record of success in sales to close deals.
Requirements
- A reliable vehicle is required.
- A license is required.
- Sales experience is required.
- Outside sales (In-home sales) is preferred.
- Solar experience is welcomed.
- Willingness to learn.
