About the Role
The Houseperson is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, appearance, and overall condition of the hotel's public areas while supporting the Housekeeping team in delivering an exceptional guest experience.
Responsibilities
- Cleaning and maintaining common areas, including lobbies, restrooms, hallways, elevators, fitness centers, and other guest and associate spaces.
- Collecting and transporting linens and trash.
- Replenishing housekeeping supplies.
- Assisting with guestroom preparations.
- Delivering guest amenities.
- Performing special cleaning projects as needed.
Requirements
