About the Role
The Maintenance Engineer ensures the proper working order, maintenance, and overall condition of the property and its assets. This hands-on position is responsible for performing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs throughout the property, including guest rooms, public areas, equipment, and building systems.

- Performing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs throughout the property, including guest rooms, public areas, equipment, and building systems.
- General repairs involving HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, painting, carpentry, and other maintenance needs.
