About the Role

As a Strategic Performance Marketing Specialist, you will analyze candidate behavior, marketplace performance, and consumer trends to uncover insights that support growth and improve marketplace health. You will work at the intersection of Product, Marketing, Commercial, Pricing, and Analytics, reporting to the Head of Market Performance.

Responsibilities

Monitor key marketplace KPIs across candidate engagement, application activity, traffic, conversion, and customer outcomes.
Analyze candidate behavior using marketplace and consumer data to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
Translate data into clear recommendations for marketplace optimization and sustainable growth.
Create regular reports and dashboards to provide visibility into marketplace performance and key trends.
Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Commercial, Pricing, and Analytics teams to understand marketplace dynamics.
Contribute insights to improve candidate acquisition, engagement, and retention.
Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.
Help stakeholders understand performance drivers and measure the impact of improvement initiatives.

Requirements

Experience in B2C environments such as Ecommerce, Consumer Technology, Digital Subscriptions, Online Platforms, or Marketplaces.
Strong analytical skills to interpret complex datasets and uncover business insights.
Experience analyzing customer, candidate, or user engagement data.
Familiarity with metrics like traffic, conversion, acquisition, retention, engagement, or marketplace health.
Commercial mindset to connect data insights with commercial outcomes and growth opportunities.
Experience working effectively with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders.
Proactive approach to identifying opportunities and solving business challenges.
