About the Role
MONCLER is seeking a part-time, seasonal Client Advisor for their London New Bond Street flagship store, running from November 2026 to January 2027. The role involves guiding clients through the brand's values and heritage, understanding their needs, and building lasting relationships to achieve sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent service throughout the selling ceremony, including welcoming, understanding needs, product support, cross-selling, and referrals.
- Ensure a unique client experience and build lasting relationships through after-sales and clienteling activities.
- Achieve excellent selling performance and results.
- Implement and maintain visual merchandising standards, collaborating with the VM team, and managing stock.
- Cooperate in inventory, replenishment, and stock activities.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and standards.
- Work effectively and enthusiastically with the team, conveying energy and motivation.
Requirements
- Previous experience in sales roles, preferably in structured fashion luxury/retail companies.
- Passion for retail, client experience, and luxury fashion.
- Excellent understanding of the luxury sector, product sensitivity, and styling.
- Strong communication skills.
- Willingness to evolve within the organization.
- Fluency and sophistication in English; another language is a plus.
- Digitally aware and open to new ways of working.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
