About the Role
Dover Fueling Solutions (DFS) is seeking to enhance its team by taking fueling and convenience retail to the next level. Responsibilities
- Responsible for in-coming and out-going order processing and documentation, including generating delivery/shipping documents.
- Liaises with internal and external transport companies/departments for timely in-coming/out-going shipments.
- Ensures prompt and accurate declaration of permits and prompt delivery and clearance of shipments.
- Investigates and actions all non-conformance and recommends corrective actions.
- Works under moderate supervision.
- Communicates information that requires some explanation or interpretation.
Requirements
- Requires basic knowledge of job procedures and tools obtained through work experience.
- May require vocational or technical education.
- Problems are typically of a routine nature, but may at times require interpretation or deviation from standard procedures.
