Responsibilities

  • Set and own delivery strategy, program governance, and quality frameworks across the full program lifecycle.
  • Lead Steering Committees and Business Reviews at C-suite level – keeping stakeholders accountable to program commitments.
  • Manage stakeholder conflict, risks and issues — resolving disagreements across SAP, customer, and partner teams and mitigating risks and issues
  • Own program financial performance — balancing profitability with delivery quality and long-term customer outcomes.
  • Lead account growth — identifying commercial opportunities and supporting services and license sales cycles.

Requirements

  • Enterprise delivery leadership and executive presence to engage at program level.
  • Experience leading teams of project managers and delivery partners across complex, multi-workstream SAP programs.
  • Ability to plan with precision and execute consistently, keeping programs on track across their full lifecycle.
  • Skill in navigating stakeholder conflict with clarity, finding common ground and keeping delivery on course.
  • Extensive project management experience covering governance, financial accountability, and risk management across multi-year SAP programs.
  • Track record of owning C-suite relationships across SAP's most complex delivery programs.
  • Hands-on knowledge of SAP delivery tools — Application Lifecycle Management (ALM), LeanIX, Signavio, and Agile methods.
