About the Role
Indera (formerly ARISE/EFR) is seeking a Direct Support Professional to work in the Liverpool area with a young man who requires assistance due to a physical/developmental delay. The family is looking for a dedicated staff to provide him with support and assist him with maintaining his independence at home.
Responsibilities
- Assisting with Personal Care
- Meal preparation
- General independence support
Requirements
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Effective communication and organizational skills required
- Flexibility with assignments and schedule required
- Reliable transportation to arrive at the job site at the scheduled time
- Must have technology available to download multiple apps for use in the community and abide by ARISE/EFR'S technology policy
- Background check, fingerprinting and DMV record check will be conducted prior to hire
- Reliable transportation
- HS diploma/GED required
