About the Role
Optum NY is seeking a Urogynecologist to join their team in Poughkeepsie, NY. As a member of the Optum Care Delivery team, you will be an integral part of the vision to make healthcare better for everyone. You will have the clinical resources, data, and support of a global organization to help patients live healthier lives, working alongside talented peers in a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive women’s health services through office services and inpatient/outpatient surgical procedures.
- Work a Monday-Friday clinic/office schedule with built-in rounding time.
- Perform full scope UroGYN practice including major and minor procedures, and minimally invasive surgeries with robotics.
Requirements
- Completion of Urogynecology or Female Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Surgery Fellowship.
- Urogynecology and Reconstructive Pelvic Surgery board certified or board eligible.
- Active and unrestricted licensure in the state of New York or ability to obtain prior to start.
- Active and unrestricted DEA License or ability to obtain prior to start.
- Candidates are required to pass a drug test before beginning employment.
