About the Role

Indera is seeking a Direct Support Professional to work in the Syracuse area with a young lady who requires assistance due to a developmental delay. The family is looking for a dedicated staff to provide her with support and assist her with maintaining her independence in the community.

Responsibilities

Assisting with participating in activities outside of the home that are of interest to the individual.
Provide support and assist the individual with maintaining her independence in the community.

Requirements

Must have a valid driver's license
Must be at least 18 years old
Effective communication and organizational skills required.
Flexibility with assignments and schedule required.
Reliable transportation to arrive to job site at scheduled time.
Must have technology available to download multiple apps for use in the community and abide by Indera's technology policy.
HS diploma/GED required.
Background check, fingerprinting and DMV record check will be conducted prior to hire.
