About the Role
Join our Field Sales & Service Team to deliver exceptional customer moments and powerful service experiences. As a Field Service Leader, you will be trained to oversee daily logistics, route planning, and scheduling, managing a team of drivers and crew members to maintain high standards and achieve business goals.
Responsibilities
- WOW our customers with your positive attitude and outstanding service.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of drivers and crew members on client sites to ensure efficient and safe truck operations.
- Perform both heavy and light lifting to clear junk from residential and commercial locations.
- Manage daily operations, monitor and improve operational performance and customer satisfaction metrics.
- Collaborate with marketing to drive local outreach and customer acquisition.
- Participate in daily recorded role-play scenarios to support ongoing training, skill development, and performance improvement.
Requirements
- 1+ years in Logistics, KPI’s, Sales, Dispatch, Fleet, and/or Management
- 21+ years of age and a valid driver's license (required for insurance purposes)
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and work in our trucks as needed.
- Able to lift at least 75+ lbs repeatedly!
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and operational software.
- Strong customer service experience.
