About the Role
Liberty Resources is hiring a Residential (IRA) Assistant Supervisor to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a community-based setting. This role helps ensure high-quality care, supports daily living needs, and assists in supervising staff.
Responsibilities
- Support residents with daily living skills and individualized goals
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure quality care
- Use crisis-prevention and conflict-resolution techniques
- Assist in supervising direct care staff and daily operations
- Share on-call responsibilities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s/Associate’s degree with 1 year of experience OR HS diploma with 2 years of related experience
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to transport individuals
- Reliable, compassionate, and team-oriented
