About the Role

Imperial Cleaning is seeking a dedicated individual to join their team, contributing to a company culture that values employee input and creativity. This role is integral to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and operational efficiency within the organization.

Responsibilities

Supervise cleaning associates, ensuring they meet the highest standards of cleanliness.
Ensure assigned residential homes are cleaned and maintained to the highest standard.
Assist in the training of all residential cleaning associates, ensuring a complete understanding of company policy, procedures, and expectations.
Ensure shift has sufficient cleaning supplies.
Set a constant example to all associates in dress and behavior, ensuring adherence to grooming and conduct standards.
Evaluate employee performance, conduct on-the-job training and coaching, and initiate disciplinary action when appropriate.
Promote a safe and disciplined environment with adherence to company policy and procedures.
Report incidents, procedure, or safety violations to management.
This is a working cleaning position that also includes driving to accounts.

Requirements

Must have valid driver's license.
Bi-lingual (English-Spanish, English-Polish) is a must.
Detail oriented and strong communication skills (email, phone).
Results oriented: the ability to resolve challenges and emergencies at a moments notice.
Multi task oriented: The ability to handle multiple projects at a time.
Customer focused with a can-do approach to problem solving.
Applicants must be 18 years of age or older to be considered for employment.
