About the Role

As an Implementation Consultant, you will own a portfolio of customer implementations from post-sale kickoff through configuration, training, data migration, go-live, and transition to Support. This role sits between project management, consulting, and training, requiring disciplined project management with genuine attentiveness to the people being trained and supported.

Responsibilities

  • Lead concurrent customer implementations from kickoff to go-live, owning the timeline, milestones, risks, and stakeholder communication for each.
  • Run discovery and workflow-mapping sessions to understand how each agency operates, then translate that into Viv configuration decisions.
  • Configure customer environments and integrations.
  • Coordinate data migration, scoping what moves, validating what arrived, and catching problems before the customer does.
  • Design and deliver training for end users, adapted to audiences that range from tech-fluent to tech-reluctant.
  • Drive adoption after go-live: monitor usage and hand off a healthy account to Support and Customer Success.
  • Feed implementation learnings back into the company for product and process improvement.

Requirements

  • 2 years of experience implementing customers onto B2B software, with at least 1 year of that owning implementations end to end.
  • Demonstrated project management of concurrent customer projects, including running kickoffs, managing timelines, and escalating risk.
  • Comfort with software configuration and data, including setting up systems against business rules, validating data, and learning complex platforms.
  • Excellent facilitation and training skills, especially with non-technical, operationally busy audiences.
  • Clear, proactive written communication skills.
  • Implementation experience in healthcare or another regulated industry is an asset but not required.
