About the Role
We are seeking Automotive Lube Technicians to perform vehicle maintenance as assigned, following dealer and factory standards. This role involves performing minor maintenance, complete vehicle inspections, and communicating recommendations to the service advisor.
Responsibilities
- Perform vehicle maintenance as assigned following dealer and factory standards.
- Perform minor maintenance, e.g., changing engine oil and filters.
- Perform complete vehicle maintenance inspection including tires, brakes, and all fluid levels.
- Communicate vehicle maintenance recommendations to the service advisor.
- Maintain quality expertise and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Basic mechanical understanding of an automobile.
- 2+ years of experience as an express/quick lube technician preferrable.
- Operate several cars, light trucks, and vans, with the ability to drive both manual and automatic transmissions.
- Set and meet goals.
- Be a team player who is focused on providing customer service.
- Have an acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.
