About the Role
Isaac Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking a Residential HVAC Service Technician who is eager to learn and grow into a proficient and effective service professional.
Responsibilities
- Service all equipment according to established schedules, company standards, and acceptable timeframes.
- Troubleshoot and rectify potential problems on location.
- Interact with homeowners to educate, build relationships, and address HVAC concerns.
- Document all work completed legibly and accurately according to company policy and submit daily.
- Build and maintain customer relations to ensure excellent customer service and enhance the company's image.
- Follow all safety procedures, including safe driving habits and avoiding mobile device use in vehicles.
- Apply product knowledge and seek additional training and education as appropriate.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.

- OSHA 10 and EPA Universal Certifications preferred.
Salary/Compensations
- $25.00-30.00/hr
