Responsibilities
- Combine apprenticeship 'Retail Clerk' with further education 'Certified Retail Specialist IHK' and obtain 'AdA-Schein' according to AEVO within 3 years, aiming for a store management role.
- Learn store operations, focusing on quality, freshness, and cleanliness during practical phases.
- Engage in tasks such as stocking shelves, product presentation, ordering, and operating the cash register.
- Develop leadership skills to manage your first shift.
- Participate in various training sessions and seminars to enhance skills.
- Acquire the IHK trainer certificate.
- Attend block classes at an external educational center (travel and accommodation costs covered by Lidl).
Requirements
- High school diploma (Abitur) or equivalent qualification (completed theoretical and practical parts).
- Dedicated work ethic and enthusiasm for the dynamic retail industry.
- Enthusiasm, ambition, and a high degree of responsibility.
- Team spirit and enjoyment of collaborative work.
- Reliability and flexibility regarding store opening hours.
