About the Role
Encore Auctions is seeking dedicated individuals to join our team. We value our employees and offer opportunities for growth and development within a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Work on a full-time permanent basis from 7:00 am to 3:00 pm OR 7:00 am to 4:15 pm, Monday to Friday
- Work mandated Saturday OT as business needs require
- Maintain consistent attendance, reliability, and maturity
- Work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
- Lift and carry items up to 40 lbs. regularly throughout the shift
- Stand and walk for extended periods
- Frequently bend, reach, squat, twist, and lift
- Meet performance benchmarks
- Work with little supervision
Requirements
- Ability to read and speak English well
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Self-discipline is paramount
