About the Role
The Order Fulfillment Specialist (OFS) team wraps up the customer’s auction adventure. Customers come to the warehouse to pay and pick up their orders at their designated appointment time, excited for their winnings. You will make an impact on customer experience by providing them an order pick-up appointment that is free of long waits. You understand that sometimes items are not where they said they are and go the extra mile to find the items for the customers. You are fast, focused and take pride in your ‘can do’ positive attitude.
Responsibilities
- Provide customers with an order pick-up appointment that is free of long waits.
- Go the extra mile to find items for customers.
- Work with little supervision.
Requirements
- Consistent attendance, reliability, and maturity.
- Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Regularly twisting, bending, and walking.
- Ability to meet daily targets.
- Ability to read and speak English well.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability 9:00 am to 6:15 pm Tuesday to Saturday on a permanent full-time basis.
- Ability to work Saturdays and over-time as needed.
