About the Role
This role is responsible for preparing consolidated financial statements for MSG Sports, including Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Statement of Cash Flows, Statement of Shareholders Equity, and Statement of Comprehensive Income, and notes for inclusion in the Company’s periodic filings with the SEC on a quarterly basis. Ensures the integrity of balance sheets, income statements, applicable financial statement analysis and other supporting documentation pertaining to management, annual audit, SEC and other reports.
Responsibilities
- Prepare consolidated financial statements for MSG Sports.
- Ensure the integrity of balance sheets, income statements, and financial statement analysis.
- Prepare supporting documentation for management, annual audits, SEC filings, and other reports.
Requirements
- Must have experience with SEC reporting process (public or private).
- Must be proficient in Excel.
- Possess knowledge of automated environments.
- Provide exceptional experiences for guests, partners, and team members.
- Adhere to appearance and presentation guidelines while on-site.

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

- Proficient in Excel
- Knowledge of automated environments
- Experience with Oracle or other ERP systems (a plus)
- Experience with Workiva or other reporting tools (a plus)
