About the Role

Responsibilities
- Identify business challenges and opportunities for improvement, using analysis to make strategic or tactical recommendations.
- Perform modeling and analytics to support new product and pricing strategies.
- Support direct-to-consumer marketing efforts and strategic intent for products distributed through the retail channel.
- Build targeted insights to inform the design and development of new customer experiences, technology, and concepts.
- Support improvements in credit performance by connecting drivers of future consumer credit trends to historical behavior, creating risk models, and testing hypotheses.
- Utilize problem frameworks, develop hypotheses, conduct testing and analysis, develop solutions, scope operational feasibility, lead implementation efforts, and develop a monitoring plan.
- Collaborate with colleagues across IT, Sales, Operations, Finance, and other departments to improve quality, volume, service, and profitability.
- Demonstrate a proven track record of decision-making and problem-solving based on analytics.
- Exhibit strong business judgment, leadership, and integrity.
- Utilize impeccable written and oral communication skills, coupled with strategic influencing and negotiation skills.
- Display an intense focus on achieving both short and long-term goals in a dynamic environment.
- Thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and dynamic environment.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of professional experience performing analysis.
- Currently possess, or be in the process of obtaining, a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field (Business, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems, or a related quantitative field), or an MBA with a quantitative concentration. The degree is expected to be obtained on or before the scheduled start date.
