About the Role
You will be the first and last impression with our client’s customers. Providing a warm welcome, and delivering memorably excellent service, you will drive our company to new horizons.
Responsibilities
- Cheerfully greet guests and sincerely thank them upon exit.
- Park and retrieve vehicles in a safe and timely manner.
- Explain parking rates and provide instructions for guests to retrieve their vehicles.
- Inspect each vehicle before taking possession and follow company guidelines.
- Maintain company uniform appearance.
- Resolve issues.
- Be outside and active most of your day, standing, walking, and sometimes helping with items weighing up to 50lbs.
- Complete small cleaning or maintenance tasks or other special projects as requested.
- Perform other duties as assigned based on operational needs.
Requirements
- Must be 18+ yrs old with Driver’s License for more than 2+ years.
- Energetic and outgoing.
- Able to stand, run, and carry items if needed.
- Great communicator in both written and spoken language, with a friendly, professional approach.
- Experience with customer service.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to help resolve customer issues in a positive and helpful way.
