About the Role

The UK Insurance Strategy & Consulting team is a leader in global insurance, focusing on large transformational engagements for Fortune Global 500 insurance companies. Responsibilities

Invent and provide solutions to real-world problems for Insurance clients, utilizing the latest technologies like Gen AI.
Build deep client relationships and collaborate with various Accenture business units to create differentiated offerings.
Deliver tangible, transformational change for clients and develop industry-leading points of view.
Help define insurance industry solutions and offerings to address client challenges.
Build insurance industry expertise and distinctive points of view to establish credibility with client stakeholders.
Own and deliver industry-relevant projects and outputs to drive change.
Participate in and contribute to diverse teams, drawing from relevant Accenture areas to deliver differentiated perspectives and tangible change.
Grow and mentor junior individuals within the Insurance practice, sharing personal experiences to diversify and expand the talent pool.

Requirements

Application of knowledge in Personal Insurance, Commercial Insurance & London Markets, and Life & Pensions, particularly in Underwriting & Claims Transformation.
Proven track record of building and sustaining lasting relationships with senior insurance clients.
Expertise in digital technology applications for insurance use cases, including journey to cloud, digital sales & servicing, analytics, and insurance technology platforms.
Market experience across Insurance Claims, Insurance Underwriting, Insurance Broking, London Markets, SME, Personal Lines, Reinsurance, Actuarial, Insurtech, or Life & Pensions.
Excellent consulting, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
Appreciation for how technology can solve complex client business problems, with comfort operating at the intersection of business and technology.
Ability to navigate ambiguity and identify opportunities through innovative thinking.
Passion and enthusiasm for innovating in the insurance industry.
Demonstrated impact and market relevance with senior client stakeholders (e.g., C-Suite, or C – 1 level).
Track record in industry or consultancy of shaping and delivering complex change.
Distinctive insurance industry point of view and compelling articulation.
Perspective on the Insurance Technology Landscape (e.g., InsurTechs, Software Providers, Cloud Services).
Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in ambiguous problem-solving environments.
Flexibility and mobility are required, with potential for up to 100% travel to client sites.
