About the Role
The Collision Shop Estimator is responsible for ensuring an outstanding customer experience. They will prepare estimates, communicate with both the customer and the insurance company, and ensure a quality repair is performed on every vehicle.
Responsibilities
- Inspect vehicles for damage
- Write estimate for necessary repairs
- Prepare work order
- Process insurance claim forms
- Keep customers updated regarding the status of repairs
Requirements
- NYS Insurance Adjusters License
- Must have 10+ years experience in this role and industry
- Professional personal appearance
- Valid in-state driver’s license
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions, both verbal and written
- Ability to operate smartphone, tablet, and PC
- Ability to stand/walk for the majority of the workday
- Must have 10+ years of experience in order to qualify for the sign-on bonus
