About the Role
Bruegger's Bagels is seeking a Baker to join their team. This role is crucial for ensuring the quality and availability of products, contributing to a positive guest experience, and maintaining a clean store environment. The company emphasizes work-life balance, with stores closing by 3 PM.
Responsibilities
- Stock the bagel wall and pastry case to ensure quality product availability each shift.
- Provide excellent guest service by assisting with order taking and sandwich making.
- Ensure the quality of food and beverages served.
- Maintain a safe and clean store environment.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years or older.
- Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to work varied hours/days as business dictates, including early hours (as early as 3 AM) and weekends.
- Must be able to pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law.
- Possession of a current, valid, state-issued driver's license is preferred and may be required at specific locations.
- Must meet driving qualifications as required by Company policy.
- Sits, stands, bends, lifts, and moves intermittently during working hours.
