About the Role

Johnson & Johnson MedTech Heart Recovery (日本アビオメッド株式会社) is seeking a Clinical Sales Specialist to join their team. This role involves promoting the Impella device, a circulatory support system for heart recovery, and contributing to the advancement of medical treatments.

Responsibilities

Plan and execute sales activities to achieve business goals and establish Impella as the Standard of Care.
Increase the number of cases where Impella saves lives and restores native heart function.
Improve outcomes (survival rates) in cases where Impella is used.
Provide information based on domestic and international clinical evidence.
Propose new treatment strategies and systems utilizing clinical experience and knowledge gained from domestic cases.
Understand Abiomed's business model and distribution channels.
Ensure smooth product supply and management through effective communication with担当代理店 (assigned distributors).

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or higher, or graduation from a vocational school for medical technicians (nursing school, clinical engineer school, etc.).
Extensive sales experience in the medical industry, particularly with medical device manufacturers in the cardiovascular field.
Extensive knowledge and experience in cardiovascular fields and circulatory support therapy as a healthcare professional.
Basic PC skills (experience with Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Valid driver's license.
