Responsibilities

Analyze various bio-behavioral data including CGM, dietary/behavioral data, and coaching service logs.
Design and refine personalized algorithms based on blood glucose response, dietary patterns, and user segmentation/profiling.
Develop health management and diet insights logic that reflects user status and context.
Develop personalized health management services using time-series analysis, prediction models, and recommendation models.
Design model performance evaluation metrics and improve model quality through offline validation and online experiments.
Translate analysis results and model outputs into service-applicable formats.
Analyze key KPIs based on user behavior data and service logs, and derive insights for service improvement.
Verify the effectiveness of features and algorithms through A/B testing and experiment design, and propose improvements.
Contribute to product direction and priority setting based on data interpretation.
Collaborate with data engineers to define dataset and feature requirements for analysis and modeling.
Construct analysis datasets based on refined data and utilize them for modeling and experiments.
Share analysis results and model improvement proposals with PMs, engineers, designers, and domain experts to promote service implementation.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience in Data Scientist, Machine Learning Engineer, or related roles.
Proficiency in Python-based data analysis and modeling.
Experience utilizing Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn.
Experience utilizing ML/DL frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
Experience in analysis and model development using time-series data, user behavior logs, and large-scale service data.
Understanding and practical experience in statistical hypothesis testing, experiment design, A/B testing, and model evaluation metrics design.
Experience structuring business problems into data problems and connecting analysis results to service improvements.
Possess capabilities in market analysis, user research, and data-driven decision-making.
Ability to set priorities and solve problems through a customer-centric approach.
